Anti-HDAC1 (phospho-S421) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against HDAC1 phosphorylated at Serine 421. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

According to the manufacturer, the immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human HDAC1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 421, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of HDAC1 only when phosphorylated at Ser421. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 55 kDa, and the product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
