Anti-HDAC1 (phospho-S421/423) Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, raised against HDAC1 phosphorylated at serine residues 421 and 423. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC). It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human HDAC1 around the phosphorylation site of serine 421/423, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of HDAC1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser421/423.

The target runs at a molecular weight of approximately 55 kDa. Purity exceeds 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE following affinity-chromatography purification using the epitope-specific immunogen.
