Anti-HDAC1 (E427) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets HDAC1 at the E427 epitope and is available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 398-446 of human HDAC1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of HDAC1 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 55 kDa.

Validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is raised in rabbit and supplied as a polyclonal, unconjugated reagent.
