Anti-HDAC1 (E417) Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against an epitope within HDAC1 (E417), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody. The antibody recognizes histone deacetylase 1, a chromatin-modifying enzyme that regulates gene transcription through deacetylation of lysine residues on histones and non-histone substrates.

Validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples, this reagent allows detection of the approximately 62 kDa HDAC1 protein in cell lysates and formalin-fixed tissue sections.
