Anti-HDAC1 Antibody

The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/ml and is validated for Western blot and ELISA applications, making it suitable for routine detection of endogenous HDAC1 protein in cell and tissue lysates. It cross-reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, which is consistent with its use in widely used model systems for chromatin and gene-expression studies. The product is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot in a ready-to-use liquid formulation and should be stored at –20 °C for continuous use, with aliquoting recommended to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
