Anti-HDAC1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide of human HDAC1 and is supplied as an unconjugated, ready-to-use formulation at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume. The IgG-class antibody detects endogenous levels of total HDAC1 protein and has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation, and chromatin immunoprecipitation across human, mouse, and rat samples. The buffer is phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. For routine handling, the vial is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. For research use only, this reagent is intended for laboratory applications such as probing chromatin-modifying complexes, mapping histone acetylation states, and characterising HDAC1-dependent transcriptional regulation, and it pairs with standard anti-rabbit secondary antibodies for chemiluminescent or fluorescent detection workflows.
