Anti-HDAC1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against HDAC1 and detects endogenous levels of the target protein. It is supplied unconjugated in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol at 1 mg/ml, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen to a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), immunoprecipitation and chromatin immunoprecipitation. The immunogen corresponds to recombinant full-length human HDAC1, and the target protein migrates at approximately 55 kDa.
