Description
Antibodies.com offers a Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against HDAC 9, validated for Western blot applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied as an IgG polyclonal raised in Rabbit host. It is prepared at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
The immunogen is recombinant full length Human HDAC 9, and the antibody recognises endogenous levels of HDAC9 protein, with relevant bands observed at approximately 111 and 160 kDa. The product is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and shows purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
