Anti-HDAC 9 Antibody

Produced in rabbit hosts and affinity-purified as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent, this Antibodies.com antibody recognizes HDAC 9, a class IIa histone deacetylase implicated in transcriptional repression, cardiac hypertrophy, neuronal differentiation, and immune cell regulation. The reagent is validated for Western blot detection of endogenous HDAC 9 protein in lysates derived from human, mouse, and rat samples.

Each vial contains 100 µl of antibody at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, providing a working stock for multiple immunoblot experiments.
