Anti-HDAC 10 (E24) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against HDAC 10 (E24), supplied unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal of Human HDAC 10 and detects endogenous levels of HDAC10 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 75 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is supported by 1 scientific validation image.
