Anti-HCRTR1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets HCRTR1 (Hypocretin Receptor 1), a class A G-protein coupled receptor that binds the neuropeptides orexin A and orexin B to regulate arousal, sleep-wake cycling, appetite, and reward pathways in the central nervous system. The reagent is supplied as a 100 µl vial of unconjugated IgG, immunised in rabbit and validated for Western blot detection of the human receptor in cell and tissue lysates. Anti-HCRTR1 antibodies are widely used in neuroscience research into narcolepsy type 1, the hypothalamic regulation of feeding, and the receptor pharmacology underlying stress and addiction circuits.
