Anti-HCRT Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against HCRT (Orexin) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–60 of human HCRT (NP_001515.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 14 kDa. Recommended WB dilutions are 1:100–1:500, and the concentration is lot specific. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
