The unconjugated antiserum was generated using a recombinant human HCLS1 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography on the immunogen, allowing it to recognize the endogenous total HCLS1 protein in human and mouse samples. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), where the antibody has been used on paraffin-embedded tissue sections at dilutions such as 1:200.
