Anti-HCK (phospho Y522) Antibody

The antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent that selectively detects HCK only when tyrosine 522 in its C-terminal regulatory tail is phosphorylated. Phosphorylation at Y522 holds the kinase in an autoinhibited, closed conformation, so the reagent serves as a read-out of HCK inactivation in hematopoietic signaling studies, including Fc receptor signaling in myeloid cells, integrin-mediated adhesion, and downstream immune effector function. It is supplied as 200 µl of unconjugated IgG, validated for Western blot on human samples, and is suited to research on src-family kinase regulation, macrophage activation pathways, and the phospho-proteomic profile of leukocyte cell lines.
