Anti-HCK Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that targets HCK (also referred to as Hck). It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications on human samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-220 of human HCK (NP_001165600.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 65 kDa. The concentration is lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
