Anti-hCG alpha Antibody [CH7]

Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone CH7) raised against human chorionic gonadotropin-alpha, supplied by Antibodies.com as a lyophilised preparation. The antibody is of the IgG1 isotype, unconjugated, and reactive with human samples. It has been validated for ELISA.

The immunogen used was purified human chorionic gonadotropin, and the antibody specifically recognises the chorionic gonadotropin-alpha (hCG-a) subunit. Purification was performed by Protein G affinity chromatography, and the product is supplied lyophilised from a 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline solution at pH 7.2.

Concentration is reconstitution dependent, with reconstitution recommended in double distilled water. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
