HCFC1 (Host Cell Factor C1) is a multifunctional chromatin-associated transcriptional regulator involved in herpes simplex virus gene activation and the G1-to-S phase transition of the cell cycle. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against HCFC1 and validated for Western blot detection of the endogenous human and mouse target. Each vial contains 200 µl of polyclonal reagent, supplied unconjugated so it can be paired with HRP- or fluorophore-labelled secondary antibodies for chemiluminescent or fluorescent immunoblotting workflows. Researchers investigating chromatin regulation, transcription factor biology, viral reactivation mechanisms, and proliferation control rely on this reagent to interrogate HCFC1 protein levels in cultured mammalian cells and tissue lysates. The polyclonal format recognises multiple epitopes on the target, supporting robust signal across full-length HCFC1 isoforms and the processing intermediates generated by O-linked glycosylation and self-cleavage.
