Anti-HCCS Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets HCCS and is supplied by Antibodies.com in an unconjugated format validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–268 of human HCCS (NP_005324.3) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 31 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. Concentration is lot specific.
