Anti-hCAP-H (D476) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting hCAP-H is offered by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 443–498 of human hCAP-H, and detects endogenous levels of the hCAP-H protein.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and reactive with human samples, the antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The molecular weight of the target is approximately 82 kDa.

It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
