Anti-HC-II (D68) Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified against a synthetic peptide spanning amino acids 41–90 of human Heparin Cofactor II, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent targets HC-II (also known as SERPIND1, HCF2, HLS2, and Heparin cofactor 2). Distributed through the Antibodies.com primary antibody catalogue, it is supplied as 50 µl of a 1 mg/ml preparation in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) pH ~7.2 with 0.05% sodium azide as preservative, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. The antibody shows broad species reactivity, recognising endogenous HC-II in human, mouse and rat samples, and is unconjugated so it can be paired with the detection label of the user's choice. For short-term use it should be stored refrigerated at 2–8 °C for up to two weeks; for longer-term storage, aliquot and keep at –20 °C to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
