Anti-HBZ Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com detects HTLV-1 basic leucine zipper factor (HBZ), a viral transcription factor persistently expressed from the antisense strand of the HTLV-1 provirus. HBZ sustains viral latency in infected CD4+ T cells and contributes to leukemogenesis in adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATLL), making it a focus of retrovirology and oncology research.

The reagent is supplied as 200 µl of unconjugated IgG in a vial format, validated for Western blot detection of human HBZ.
