Anti-HBsAg Antibody [RM-1]

A mouse monoclonal antibody (clone RM-1) directed against Hepatitis B Virus surface antigen (HBsAg), offered by Antibodies.com as a lyophilised primary antibody. The reagent is of the IgG1 isotype, is unconjugated, and is validated for ELISA, reacting with Human hepatitis B virus.

Produced in mouse and purified by Protein G affinity chromatography, the antibody is supplied lyophilised in 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2, and should be reconstituted with double distilled water. The product is shipped at 4°C and, once received, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is derived from the Sp2/0-Ag14 cell line.
