Anti-HBO1 Antibody

Sourced from Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent targets HBO1 (also annotated as KAT7, HBOA, or MYST-2), a lysine acetyltransferase implicated in histone acetylation and ORC1 binding. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, and was raised against a synthesized peptide corresponding to the internal region of human HBO1. Through epitope-specific immunogen affinity chromatography, the polyclonal preparation selectively recognizes endogenous levels of the target. Validated applications on the supplier datasheet include Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal with an IgG isotype, and the conjugate is unconjugated, allowing flexible pairing with secondary reporters of the user's choice.
