Anti-HBEGF Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes HBEGF (also referred to as HBEGF/DTR) and is presented in unconjugated form. The IgG antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), supported by 3 scientific validation images.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 20–160 of human HB-EGF (NP_001936.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 23 kDa. The reagent is purified by affinity purification and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
