The Antibodies.com 4G10 monoclonal antibody is raised against human HBEGF (heparin-binding EGF-like growth factor), a member of the EGF family that signals through EGFR and ERBB4 and is implicated in wound healing, cardiac hypertrophy, and smooth muscle cell proliferation. Supplied as a 100 µg liquid in a single vial, the IgG1 reagent is validated for western blot, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry on human samples. For long-term stability, store at -20 °C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles and protect from light until use.
