Anti-HBD Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against HBD, supplied unconjugated as a liquid. It is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reacts with mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-147 of human HBD (NP_000510.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 13 kDa.

The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The recommended dilution range for WB is 1:500-1:2,000.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
