Anti-HBA1 Antibody

According to the supplier listing, the antibody is validated for Western blotting and immunofluorescence. A third-party specification sheet recommends a Western blot dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000. The reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–142 of human Hemoglobin subunit alpha (NP_000508.1).
