Produced by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit as an unconjugated IgG preparation and targets HAX1. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–279 of human HAX1 (NP_006109.2).
The reagent is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications and is reported to react with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a stated molecular weight of 36 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:10–1:100 for ICC/IF.
The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
