Anti-HAVCR2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a recombinant immunogen corresponding to human HAVCR2 (also known as TIM-3, CD366, or TIMD3) and affinity-purified to detect endogenous levels of the target. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human samples, with the supplier's datasheet additionally indicating mouse and rat reactivity. Recommended handling is straightforward: the vial ships at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival for long-term storage at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
