Description
Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against TIM-3/HAVCR2. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 22-202 of human TIM-3/HAVCR2 (NP_116171.3).
The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blotting at 1:500-1:1,000 and immunohistochemistry at 1:50-1:200, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reported molecular weight range is 45-70 kDa, and concentration is specified per lot.
Supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Shipped at 4°C; aliquot on delivery and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
