Anti-HAVCR1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against HAVCR1, also referred to as TIM 1. It is of the IgG isotype and unconjugated, supplied as a liquid, and validated for Western blot applications. Reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 21-120 of human HAVCR1 (NP_036338.2). The antibody is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The reported molecular weight range is 50 - 140 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:1,000 is indicated.
