Anti-HAUS8 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody was raised against HAUS8 (also designated NYS48). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. According to the manufacturer, the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 166–410 of human HAUS8 (NP_219485.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 41 kDa.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples. It is shipped at 4°C; aliquots should be stored at -20°C and freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.
