Anti-HAT1 Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal IgG raised in rabbit, this reagent specifically detects endogenous Histone Acetyltransferase 1 (HAT1), the type B catalytic subunit that acetylates newly synthesized cytoplasmic histones H3 and H4 to support replication-coupled chromatin assembly. Supplied by Antibodies.com as a 100 µl vial of unconjugated antibody in PBS with 50% glycerol and 0.1% sodium azide at ~1 mg/ml, the reagent is validated across western blot, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation, and chromatin immunoprecipitation workflows. Cross-reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples allows comparative studies of epigenetic regulation, and the polyclonal format recognizes multiple epitopes on the ~49 kDa target, which is advantageous for ChIP pull-down of HAT1-associated chromatin.
