Anti-HAS3 Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises HAS3. The reagent is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications. Reactivity has been demonstrated against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 67–281 of human HAS3 (NP_619515.1). The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 73 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The antibody is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
