Anti-HAS2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Hyaluronan synthase 2 (HAS2) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, with a reported molecular weight of 64 kDa.

Reactivity has been demonstrated against Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 67-185 of human HAS2 (NP_005319.1) and is affinity purified. The host species is Rabbit, with a polyclonal clonality and IgG isotype.

For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:100-1:500 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
