Anti-HAS1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal raised against HAS1. It is supplied unconjugated with an IgG isotype and is validated for Western blot (WB) use on human and mouse samples, supported by one scientific validation image.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 80–390 of human HAS1 (NP_001514.2). The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity purification. Reported molecular weight of the target is 65 kDa. Recommended dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
