Anti-HARS Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting HARS, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated polyclonal IgG antibody is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence applications and reacts with human and mouse samples. It is raised in rabbit and purified by affinity purification.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is provided. The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 1-180 of human HARS (NP_002100.2), and the antibody has a reported molecular weight of 57 kDa.
