Anti-HAPLN1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody is raised against HAPLN1 (Hyaluronan and proteoglycan link protein 1). It is supplied unconjugated, with an IgG isotype, in a formulation containing TBS (pH7.4), 1% BSA, 40% glycerol and 0.05% sodium azide as preservative.

The reagent has been validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and shows reactivity with human, mouse, rat and zebrafish samples.

HAPLN1 is described as a secreted protein predicted to localise to the extracellular matrix, with reported tissue enrichment in placenta and subcellular localisation in vesicles.
