Description
A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit is offered by Antibodies.com for the detection of the HAND2 protein. The reagent is unconjugated and was raised against recombinant full length Human HAND2, recognising endogenous levels of HAND2 protein.
It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The HAND2 target has a molecular weight of approximately 23 kDa.
The antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (IF) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.
