Anti-HAND2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the HAND2 protein and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid formulation. The antibody is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 150–220 of human HAND2 (NP_068808.1) and is affinity purified. It is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications, with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:100. Reactivity has been demonstrated in human, mouse, and rat samples.

The reagent is raised in rabbit, is of IgG isotype, and is presented in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The reported molecular weight of the target is 26 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is provided as lot specific.
