HAND1 (Heart and Neural Crest Derivatives 1) is a basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor that drives cardiac morphogenesis, trophoblast differentiation, and extraembryonic mesoderm patterning during embryogenesis. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated, ready-to-use IgG preparation at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3.

Each 100 µl aliquot has been validated for western blot detection of the endogenous HAND1 protein in human and rat samples, supporting studies of placental development, congenital heart disease, and stem cell differentiation. The antibody recognizes the native transcription factor under denaturing conditions, producing clean band profiles in lysates from cardiac and trophoblast-derived lineages.

Aliquot upon arrival and store refrigerated to preserve activity; for long-term use, freeze in working volumes to limit freeze-thaw cycles of the stock. Intended for research use only, in vitro studies requiring antibody-based detection of HAND1 in cell or tissue extracts.
