Anti-HAIR Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against an internal peptide epitope of human HAIR and is affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, ensuring selective recognition of endogenous total HAIR protein in experimental samples. Provided as a 50 µl aliquot of an unconjugated,1 mg/ml stock in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) supplemented with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody is of the IgG isotype and is recommended for Western blotting, immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded sections, and immunofluorescence applications. The reagent has been validated for reactivity with human tissue and cell lysates, including extract workflows on cultured human cell lines such as HEK 293, and is shipped as a liquid polyclonal antiserum fraction from the Antibodies.com facility. For routine short-term use the vial should be kept at –20 °C; under these storage conditions the formulation retains activity for repeated freeze–thaw cycles typical of Western blot, IHC, and IF workflows.
