HADHB is the beta subunit of the mitochondrial trifunctional protein (TFP), a key enzyme complex in fatty acid beta-oxidation that catalyzes the final three steps of the pathway. This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows. It cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, making it a flexible tool for comparative studies in metabolic disease, mitochondrial dysfunction, and energy metabolism research. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a 100 µl aliquot, with storage recommended at -20 °C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
