Anti-HADHB Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody is raised against HADHB and is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:500-1:2000 and IF: 1:10-1:100, and shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 34-270 of human HADHB (NP_000174.1), and is affinity purified with a reported molecular weight of 51kDa. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.30, with 0.02% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, shipped at 4°C, and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
