Anti-HADHA Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against HADHA, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid reagent. The antibody is raised in rabbit and is of polyclonal clonality with an IgG isotype.

Validated for WB, ICC/IF and IP, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is listed as KO Validated.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 484–763 of human HADHA (NP_000173.2), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 78 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity-purified. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:2,000–1:6,000, ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200, and IP: 1:50–1:100. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; aliquot on arrival and store at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
