Anti-HA Tag Antibody [KT25]

A mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody (clone KT25) to the HA tag, supplied unconjugated in liquid form at 1 mg/ml. Offered by Antibodies.com, it is intended for ELISA and Western blot applications. The immunogen is the YPYDVPDYA peptide conjugated to carrier protein, and the antibody is purified from culture supernatant on a Protein A column. Recommended working dilutions are 1 µg/ml for ELISA and between 1/1,000 and 1/20,000 for Western blot. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze / thaw cycles.
