The HA tag (YPYDVPDYA) is a 9-amino acid epitope derived from the influenza hemagglutinin protein, widely incorporated into recombinant expression constructs for detection, purification, and tracking of fusion proteins. This unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com binds the HA epitope with high specificity, enabling researchers to identify and isolate HA-tagged proteins across multiple experimental platforms.
The IgG isotype and mouse host are compatible with standard immunodetection workflows, and the unconjugated format gives laboratories flexibility to choose their own secondary antibody, fluorophore, or enzyme conjugate. Validated for western blot, immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation, the antibody supports verification of expression levels, subcellular localization studies, and pull-down of HA-tagged complexes from cell lysates. Supplied as a 100 µl volume, the reagent accommodates multiple experiment batches and routine bench use.
