Anti-HA-tag (4G3) Antibody

A mouse monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the HA-tag (4G3) and is conjugated to HRP for direct detection in western blot (WB), immunofluorescence (IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP) workflows. The clone was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the HA-tag, and the conjugated reagent specifically recognises over-expressed proteins bearing the HA epitope tag.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from mouse ascites by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
