Anti-HA-tag (4G3) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a mouse monoclonal antibody targeting the HA-tag, raised in mouse host and supplied unconjugated. The antibody was generated against a synthetic HA-tag peptide and detects over-expressed proteins bearing the HA epitope tag.

It is validated for use in Western blot, immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation applications. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Purity exceeds 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, following affinity purification from mouse ascites by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
