Anti-H3F3B Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Histone H3.3, encoded by the H3F3B gene. It is of the IgG isotype, provided in unconjugated form, and is reactive with Human samples. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), supported by one scientific validation image.

Suggested dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The target protein has a molecular weight of 15 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–136 of Human H3F3B (NP_002098.1), and the antibody is affinity purified.

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt, it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
